- Returns are only accepted after delivery, not during production

- Once confirmed, cancellations are not possible

- A 20% cancellation fee may applies (you receive an 80% refund)
- After 24 hours, cancellations are due to production

📦 Missing Items in Your Shipment
Many products ship in separate packages for safety and size reasons. For example:
