Toys (orders under $500): Dollexa ships most orders the same day. Therefore, cancellations are not possible after order confirmation. However, we offer a free 90-day return service. You can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.
Sex Dolls (over $500): You can cancel your custom sex doll order within 24 hours of placement. Email support@dollexa.com with your order number, email, and name within 24 hours. A 20% cancellation fee applies, and you will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations are not possible after 24 hours.
If you need to change the delivery time, no worries. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number. Use it to contact the courier directly if the delivery time doesn't suit you
Please review your order carefully before submission. Modifications are possible within the first 12 hours for a one-time fee of $79.00. Email us at support@dollexa.com for modifications.
After 12 hours, modifications are not possible due to the manufacturing process.
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you'll get another email with the tracking number. Our couriers provide regular progress and tracking updates. Follow your order status on the order status page.

Before shipment from the factory, a designated team will conduct a full-body inspection of each cargo to ensure that it is packed and shipped without any problems. If the doll is damaged upon delivery, please contact our support for repair or replacement.
